Everything, new apartment, all equipment, in the very center, warm, clean, really nice. View of the entire city. The landlord is also great. I have no comments

Accommodation location. The room was quiet despite the location directly above the restaurants. Groceries, bakery, restaurants and the beach a few steps from the accommodation. Larger groceries (Plodine) within 10 minutes on foot. Locked parking, a few steps from the accommodation (if necessary, you can park a little closer for a few minutes). The accommodation had everything you need.
